Holidays at the Manly National
LOOKING FOR A HOLIDAY THAT WONT BREAK THE BANK ! Bergelin Estate Agents has a great range of modern 1 & 2 bedroom units available for short term letting in the iconic Manly National Building. The units are spread over 2 & 3 levels and can accommodate extra guests with a fold out sofa bed upon request. Most have spectacular views of Manly Beach and St Patrick’s Estate.
RATES & CHECK IN’S– Our prices are extremely competitive and start from $900 per week and are inclusive of cleaning. Check in is from 2pm on the day of arrival from our office at Shop 4 ‘Grande Esplande' 54 West Esplande Manly.
LOCATION – Located in the centre of Manly only metres to the Beach, Corso and Wharf. Manly has a great restaurant culture with a great mix of fine dining and cafes to suit all tastes. The bus to Warringah Mall is a short walk across the street and the ferry leaves from Manly to the city every 30 minutes.
FACILITIES – The Manly National Building is a security building with security parking. It has a rooftop terrace with uninterrupted views of the ocean and a small plunge pool. Coin operated washing machines are located on the rooftop and the building has a lift to each floor. Parking is accessible from Central Avenue.
LINEN – The units DO NOT come with linen but can be arranged upon request. Linen packs can be purchased from Manly Corso Laundry located at the rear of # 11 The Corso, Manly (near the entrance to the Whistler Street Car Park). Prices are as follows and are per item based on a weekly rental.

LATE ARRIVALS – As we are not a hotel we are only open between the hours of 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday and 9am – 4pm on Saturday’s. If you are arriving after hours you will need to notify our staff so we can arrange for keys to be collected off site.
PAYMENTS, DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS – Payment for our units can be made by credit card, direct deposit or cheque. 50% of the total booking fee is required at the time of booking. You will be required to supply your credit card details as a security deposit should you require parking.
